High Hill Farm - Mini Spa & Mini Spa+ Terms & Conditions

By booking a Mini Spa or Mini Spa+ session at High Hill Farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

 

1. Children

 

  • Guests under 16 are not permitted to book or use Mini Spa or Mini Spa+ sessions.

 

 

 

 

2. Smoking

 

  • Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

 

 

 

 

3. Accepted Payment Methods

 

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.

  • Accepted methods: debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • Personal data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

 

 

4. Check-In & Check-Out

 

  • Guests should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their allocated session.

  • Guests must vacate the spa facilities promptly at the end of their timeslot.

 

 

 

 

5. Cancellation

 

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • To cancel, email juststay@highhillfarm.co.uk with your booking details.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to partial or no refund.

 

 

 

 

6. Parking

 

  • Parking is available at the Just Relax Spa & Skin Clinic.

  • Farm machinery may pass slowly through the car park; guests must maintain a safe distance.

 

 

 

 

7. Access Restrictions

 

  • Guests must remain in the Just Relax Spa building area before, during, and after their session.

  • Walking around the farm is not permitted during Mini Spa sessions.

 

 

 

 

8. Alcohol

 

  • Alcohol must not be consumed before or during sessions.

  • High Hill Farm reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest suspected of alcohol consumption.

 

 

 

 

9. Mini Spa+ Treatments

 

  • Treatments will be allocated at check-in to manage timeslots efficiently.

  • Guests will be informed of their allocated treatments upon arrival.

 

 

 

 

10. Safety and Liability

 

  • Guests must use spa facilities responsibly.

  • High Hill Farm is not liable for injury, illness, or accidents resulting from misuse of facilities.

  • Guests with medical conditions (including pregnancy, heart conditions, diabetes, high/low blood pressure) should consult a healthcare professional before using the spa.

  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their party during their session.

 

 

 

 

11. Damage and Lost Items 

 

 

  • Guests authorise High Hill Farm to store their card securely via Stripe.

  • Charges may be applied for any loss or damage to spa property (e.g., robes, towels) incurred during the session.

  • All charges will reflect actual costs and will be supported with invoices or receipts.

 

 

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
