Whether you’re looking to stay active, unwind, or enjoy some friendly competition, we’ve got you covered with our swimming pool with bubble spa, thermal suite that includes infrared sauna, aromatherapy and traditional sauna, gym, and relaxation lounge equipped with a snooker table and dartboard.

Mini Spa & Mini Spa+
New to High Hill Farm is Mini Spa & Mini Spa+. Please see below for more information on what both of these have to offer:
Mini Spa – This offers full use of our spa facilities for 3 hours which includes our swimming pool with bubble spa, sauna, infrared sauna, aromatherapy room, gym, white light room, relaxation lounge and games area. These sessions are 12:30pm till 3:30pm Monday-Thursday & 10:00pm till 2:00 Friday-Sunday. Limited availability, online booking required.
Mini Spa+ – Just like our mini spa, you get full use of our spa facilities for 3 hours and during that time, you will also receive a 30 minute massage OR facial (to be chosen at checkout). These sessions are 9:00am till 12:00pm & 4:00pm till 7:00pm Monday-Thursday. Limited availability, online booking required.
Afternoon Tea is now available as an added extra which can be at checkout (this can only be applied for bookings 5 days or more in advance)
Swimming Pool
Dive into relaxation in our pristine swimming pool. Perfect for a refreshing morning swim or a leisurely afternoon dip, our pool area provides a serene environment to unwind and rejuvenate. Whether you’re swimming laps or simply floating, you’ll find the tranquility you need.
Gym
Stay on top of your fitness routine in our fully-equipped gym. With state-of-the-art cardio machines, free weights, and strength training equipment, you can enjoy a comprehensive workout at your convenience.
Lounge
The lounge area at Just Stay is the perfect spot to relax and socialise. Challenge friends or family to a game on our snooker table or test your skills at the dartboard. The comfortable seating and welcoming atmosphere make it an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring.
